Alex Tran is one of the brightest superstars I’ve ever worked with in any capacity. He’s a brilliant communicator who connects with everyone in the building, regardless of their specific task lane, experience level, or workplace status. He’s a servant leader who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work tirelessly on the front lines with his team. His passion to succeed is entirely unmatched and his unwavering positive mindset is truly infectious.

And beyond all of his numerous professional skillsets and career accolades, he’s just a damn good person. If we’re picking business teams out on the playground, that dude is gonna be one of the very first picks. Regardless of the role, EVERYONE needs a teammate like that!

Alex’s creativity, dedication and rigor enable him to identify process improvements and efficiencies, while his enthusiasm, confidence, and excellent communication skills enable him to build high-performing talent teams.

A number of initiatives that Alex created and launched while at Exeter remain in play today, supporting the quality and sustainability of his exceptional work.

What does Alex Tran do well? Anything he sets his mind to. Alex has a creative mind and is not afraid to challenge conventional thinking or the status quo. Alex has a unique way of getting to the root of a problem or opportunity and offering smart solutions. Alex is very customer-focused, whether that customer is internal or external. In addition to Alex’s natural business instincts, Alex also has an infectious sense of humor and brings a great vibe to the team culture.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Alex on a number of corporate initiatives. Whether it was planning and executing department events or developing and promoting a new employee tenure recognition and reward program, Alex always brought strategy, creativity, attention to detail, and limitless energy to his work. He also had a positivity and energy that was a joy to be around and had a huge impact on our corporate culture.
